You are kindly invited to join us at the 27th Insurance Days in Slovenia to be held on 16-17 September 2021 in Grand Hotel Bernardin, Portoro\u017e. This year’s conference under the slogan \u201cTime passes and tomorrow is in view\u201d<\/strong> <\/span>will cover a range of diverse and topical issues. A part of our programme will be dedicated to the topics of interest for the insurance business during the Slovenian presidency of the EU Council. Further topics of discussion include sustainable development and the role of insurance companies in it; our increased exposure to cybersecurity risks stemming from the numerous changes in our mode of operation; consumers\u2019 adaptation to new sales methods, and many more. Also, there will be some surprises awaiting the participants. The keynote speaker at the conference will be Miha Mazzini, a columnist, screenwriter and author, who will contribute his thoughts on the slogan of the conference.<\/p>\n

Conference programme<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The conference will be moderated by Igor E. Bergant.<\/p>\n

Online conference registration is open until 31 August 2021<\/span>.<\/strong>
\nIn order to ensure safety of all participants entry to the conference will only be allowed for participants who were vaccinated, tested negative or recovered from COVID-19.
\nIn the case of deteriorated epidemiological situation in the country the conference will be organised as a hybrid event. Priority for live participation will be determined according to the order of registration, but balanced distribution of participants among undertakings will also be considered.<\/p>\n

The registration fee for the conference is EUR 370.00<\/strong> per person, 22% VAT inclusive. The registration fee covers participation in all lectures, conference materials, refreshments during breaks, lunch on the first day and food and drinks at the evening reception.
\nYou are kindly requested to make the registration fee payment not later than three days before the beginning of the conference to our corporate account at NLB, d. d., IBAN SI56 0208 3001 4878 323, BIC (SWIFT): LJBASI2X, Ref.: 00 1609 with the wording \u201cFor 27. SID\u201d. After the conference, you shall receive an invoice by post. In case of participation cancellation at least 3 days before the conference you will be charged administrative costs in the amount of 30% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made in case of later cancellations.<\/p>\n
